Therm-A-Rest NeoAir® Topo™ Sleeping Pad is one of the thickest sleeping pads available from Therm-A-Rest. When compact, it doesn't fill our gear packs and yet once inflated, this NeoAir Topo delivers fantastic sleeping comfort, raising you 3 inches off, and insulated from, the cold ground. The NeoAir Topo is recommended for side sleepers thanks to the added thickness and is available in this Regular size, Regular Wide and Large.

If you're after the ultimate thickness and comfort, you could also consider the Thermarest NeoAir Topo Luxe, available in Regular, Regular Wide, Large and Extra Large.
